No offence but Robert's reponse above is confusing.
You don't assign a "Measurement" to a Source (at least not directly).
You can have as many named Measurements as you want (to a limit).
You can have as many named Profiles as you want (to a limit).
A Profile is a set of filters (for a bunch of speakers).
A profile can be generated automatically from a Measurement (with an Automatic Target or a Manual Target).
A profile can be generated manually using 3rd party tools (2 examples in Wiki).
You assign a Profile (a set of filters) independently to any DSP setting (Trifield, Cinema, Trfield2 etc.). You can also just assign Bypass (no MRC).
You can assign (as a Default) a DSP Setting to a Source (or a Phantom of a Source [e.g. a copy of a source]).
So indirectly you can have CD1 mapped to Trifield1 use profile1 generated from measured data1 with door closed. And CD2 use the same source mapped to Trifield2 generated from measured data2 with door open.
It's extremely flexible.
Personally I would not bother doing things like door open, door closed. You'll go nuts and it won't be all that much different. Unless the door is like behind your head or something and you listen both ways.
