I guess 500GB 2.5 is possible to upgrade 1TB version (your self).
Is it possible to stream FLAC's from third party storage eg. qnap via Control 15
or can you only backup your data to network?
What happens if you try to play higher that 24/96 files eg. HRx 24/176.4?
I have had a look and it does appear that the very 'best' 2.5" drives are only 500Gig at the moment, from several manufacturers. I'm sure Meridian would have put the largest drive inside the Control 15 that they could and still stay reliable. Maybe in the future a larger drive could be possible, as drive reliability improves.
The Control 15 will only play music stored on a Sooloos system. Your music stored on your NAS could be imported to the Control 15 using Control:PC and then played once it is in the Sooloos. Of course it can still play music from a TwinStore, ensemble or another Control 15 connected to it on a network.
I just don't think you can get higher than 96k/24bit files into the Sooloos in the first place!
