Piccies of buttons as promised Wow, they look GREAT!!!! How nice it will be to be able to get rid of all the tacky stickers that currently adorn my MSR source buttons. im still taking orders,feel free to pm or email me jonathan

BTW, how did you swap out buttons other than the top row of source buttons? Did you just unscrew the black platic plate below the fascia? I guess I'll try that - couldn't do too much damage ......

I guess I'll try that - couldn't do too much damage ...... morning simon, your right its just a case of unscrewing the 10 tiny screws and flipping the black fascia off,then all the remaining buttons become available to be engraved. hope this helps. regards jonathan

Watch out unscrewing the bottom plate. There are 4 big screws for the top and 6 little screws for the bottom.

Bummer!!!!
Got my enevelope back from Jon and .... no buttons!
From the look of the enevelope, somebody clearly sliced open one end and removed the package of buttons (plus any accompanying note if Jon included one). I figure either they were confiscated during customs or an 'enterprising' postal employee got curious and removed them. If the former, then I am curious whether any other US-based folks have a similar experience? If the latter then I am SOL.
Rubbing salt in the wound is the fact that I no longer have any spare blanks - $hit! Anyone have any luck securing blanks form Meridian?
Ah well!

simon you have pm,ive offered a full refund No no, not your fault. In retrospect, I probably should have sent you a more robust return enevelope. Anyhow, I was just interested to see if anyone else here in the US had any kind of similar problem, thus circumstantial evidence that perhaps it is a customs issue (although I cannot imagine why customs would care about a few plastic buttons). Once before I had something like this happen only to get a letter subsequently from customs with my stuff in it. Bah humbug! Simon

for your information the engraver has ALL of the second batch but due to his workload they wont be ready for at least a week
