Can you do 5 characters on 2 lines? e.g. like the Menu/Setup button or can the engraver only do capitals and on one line?

Is 8 characters in lower case i.e. like the 'Subtitle & Function' buttons, the maximum on any one generic button on one line?

regards

Mark

no the engraver can do 2 lines if you wish and i would say 8 characters in lower case would be the maximum

The new MSR+ comes with DAB, SLS and iPod "spare" buttons, so presumably these could be obtained via a dealer and be fully authentic?

It beggars belief when they do a demo with a PS2 playing Blurays that they can't make a button for BD or PS2. Maybe they have theirs under LP...

Jon,

I'm just sending my buttons to you. I presume that the engraver can take an existing printed button, and add a word on the second line. lie your number buttons?

Thank you for doing this.

Hi Jon,
I like the initiative, well done taking it to the next step.
It would be good to find a single source for the blank buttons.

Do you programme the MSR+ to control your other equipment?

hi Jon -

More curiosity than anything else, but how many buttons did your engraver get this first round? I wonder how long it takes him to do one.
