The other interesting question for me, as an owner of 800v4 and 861v4 will be 808.2 into 861v4 versus 800 (and potentially any HDMI sources if apdoizing in v6 supercedes apodizing in HD621) into 861v6. If one accepts that discrete side channels are not a particularly big deal versus derived side channels, then the better value may be to simply pick up a second hand 808.2 (of which there will presumably be many) and get close to v6 apodizing performance.
