Nor the age of the owners. If I currently drive a used Audi S4, and only spend my money on used Meridian equipment, what would that tell you for the near future? My next car might well be a new Audi instead of a used one; the same could be true for my A/V-equipment. Therefore, would focussing on people who might not be able (or want) to buy new, be a waste of time or resources?
