I have never swapped boards, but I remember when I got my brand new 5200s, one does not work at all and after the usual checks (without removing the board), my dealer sent me two new boards (L-R) direct from the mothership, with a technician to make the swapping, my dealer assumed all costs, taking into account that he lives considerable distance from me (nearly seven hundred miles to be exact) was very nice from him. My advice is to always go to a trusted dealer, by the way, I was present at the swapping and can assure to you that is a tricky work! ;-)
