As I have explained in an email, I DIDN'T pick up your reply before seeing those of Mr M and HarryP. Can I suggest that if you are PMing anyone with offers, you following H/H convention to reply to the original thread registering the existance of a PM (as TurboPower has done?). In any respect, your offer wasn't acceptable. Thanks.
