I have a V3 800 Player
I have downloadded the latest configuration program and have discovered it does not support V3 players
What version do I need , and where do I find a configutation program to configure my 800 and upgrade the firmare (if any)
My system has been in storage for some time and I just beginning to crank it up again, so I am a little rusty with the new procedures
Why are 800 firmware updates not avaialble from meridan via the web..??

You want the legacy program which is downloaded from the same place.
I think the new version supports V3.5 onwards?

Thanks As explained to me by my dealer the 800 is very sensitive to errors in the uograde process with mistakes having the potential to make the unit freeze up and hence required a return visit to the mothership...
