I've managed to rip the LR channels from a DVDA and am playing those through my Squeezebox - trouble is my 518/561M combination plays the 88.2/24 track at half speed (whereas winamp on my PC plays OK).

My next step will be to try connecting the SB direct to the 561M, but does anyone know whether the 518 (in bypass mode) should pass through the 88.2 source or not? Odd thing is that I also have a 96/24 FLAC (ripped from a non commercial DVDA) which seems to play OK through the 518.

I've now connected the SB direct into the 561M, and same result. But it does seem that this is due to the SB bug rather than Meridian (Slim Devices are more likely to provide a fix than M, me thinks).

An odd benefit of the SB bug, is that the 96/24 gets converted to 48/24 and so plays OK (the 561M display shows 48 for both the 96/24 and 88.2/24 files).
