In a vaguely similar vein to the new power supply thread, I was wondering if anyone else has before and after MRC charts when they have installed bass traps?
Our room has terrible RT60 time below 60Hz - we're talking 1.5s compared to 0.3s above that - and so after talking with GIK Acoustics (
www.gikacoustics.com) I ordered four of their 4" panels and will be installing this weekend should I find the time. I'll be taking measurements before and after and will try and find hosting space to put up the results.
I'd previously bought some Ultra Touch bonded cotton, but a combination of not having much time to build the frames and the kitten peeing on them, I scrapped that idea
