Hey guys. Got my DAX before easter and have now tried it a little bit. Still waiting for a 861v4 to arrive so I tried to use the DAX as a pre. The problem is that the sound on left channel comes and goes. most of the time it's gone. could it be as simple as the card not fitted well enough?

call Meridian or your dealer before you go jiggling cards around. Clearly something isn't quite right.

Meridian sent me new Cards to install when they sent me the 861v4. haven't got time to deal with it, since I am busy breaking in speakers
