Guys,
I need some of your wise words and advice. I currently have a 568 hooked up to a Cinepro 3K6 and it is very very good for movie enjoyment. Although music reproduction is good it needs to be better. (I recently heard a Wadia and Bel Canto combination that blew me away for 2 channel CD listening)
So my first option is to seperate music and films by buying a Bel Canto EVo 2i Gen II for a very reasonable price or to find out off you guys what improvement I'm likely to achieve by buying a 568.2 or upgrading mine (if Meridian still offer this)?
Has anyone compared the 568 and 568.2 and will I be rewarded with better music abilities with this over the Bel Canto?

As an owner of a Wadia, Bel Canto's and a 568.2 I would suggest that to get the best of both AV and music that you don't bother upgrading the 568 but use its L/R digital outputs into either a Wadia or external DAC for the front channels of your AV system. To get volume control of the digital outputs you will need to use manual 'typing' of AAA on the 568.
Regards
Gary
