Is anyone else having problems updating files from Meridian's website?
I just chose to download all of the current files, even though I only need those for the G68. When it gets to the DSP3100 and DSP3100HC firmware updated files, it fails (suggesting I check my internet connection). Unchecking these files, it proceeds fine until the user guide for the DSP420, which follows the same pattern.
I don't need the files, but was curious to see if anyone else's experience is the same or if there's anything I'm doing improperly.

Ian - I've had no problems downloading everything (from the latest round of updates) on three separate machines. They are all running XP Pro SP2.

I'm running XP Pro SP2 also, on a Compaq nc6000.

I had a similar experience at home via a Comcast cable modem connection as at work via the Bullseye Telecom T1, though I'm not certain that it was with the same files.
