Looking at replacing one of my D2500's; prefer new to used. Found a dealer that has old/never opened inventory with 25-40% discounts that has been sitting for 3 1/2 years and comes w/new warranty - questions..
1- Any issue with 96/24 old inventory ? 2- What should the right pricing be, knowing he will sit on it for another 3 years ?
sincere thanks to previous responders but decided on new vs. used; stu

Hey Stu,
Realistically, the dealer in question likely made no more than the 40% he is willing to max discount. If he'll sell it to ya for what he paid for it, pretty hard to ask for better. The D2500 isn't current anymore and the new 5500 sub that replaces it offers a lot more displacement and likely a little wider bandwidth too. If that is fine with you, what is not to like?
