Looks as though there could be wothwhile demand here for this mod - why not make up a batch of harnesses. I for one would be happy to pay an appropriate fee for them!

And as for a scaler to use with the SDI modification, I'm thinking about the following: http://www.blackmagic-design.com/products/hdlink/ And for us Mac' users - it can be configured with a Mac running OS X.
