Sent them my 861v8 in March. They received in March 18. Reached out April 6 and April 24 by email... radio silence. They had this same 861 back in 2019 and they were super responsive then.

Hi James;
My apologies; we have been very busy here lately. Just want you to know that your unit has been in work. Actually Jason is checking if there is anything other than the EF card failure also faulty right now.
again sorry for the breakdown in communication.
Best

I will say that it arrived on my doorstep, without signature required. Luckily I was a) home and b) saw the camera notification, but the delivery should have required a signature.

You would be amazed at how many expensive audio items are shipped with no signature required while others insist.

Hi Marc,
Thomas here from Vancouver BC. Just sent a service request form on the Repair Shop yesterday. Haven't got any reply yet. Usually how long should I expect to receive shipping instruction from your company? Thanks
