F#ck me...  I'm looking through the user manual again and there is was. I was looking at the backside of the manual and it is mirrored... I had already placed the 271 in the cabinet so I had to hang upside down over the cabinet to connect al cables... I used 13/14 and 15/16 thinking they were 1/2 and 3/4... Sorry all. The system can now be operated through Controller app. On/off, volume, input. Have no sound now, but have to check that out now. Thanks again everybody.

If I set my preset on the Trinnov analog out, but connected with the DB25 digital, only channels 9 to 16 work on the 271.
So I connected my C to 11/12 and left and right on 9/10.
Set comms master to 11/12.
Everything works.
When I set my preset on the Trinnov to 1-16 digital I need to use channels 1/2 and 3/4.
And of course set comms master to 3/4.
So everything works like it should.
Now it's time for integrate a 258 in the system for the surround and hights.

Had to be a connection issue as these things usually just work. Glad you got it sorted.
