Hello, is it possible to turn on/off 218 with Home Assistant?
Cant find integration for it.

As long as Home Assistant allows you to make your own control UI to work over the network.

Thank, can you give me link to read about this? i have no expearance with network controlling deviceces without "plugins" for HA.
For my JVC projector with lan control, there is such a plugin, but cant find for Meridian

You will need to make your own if the application allows that.

There isn’t one currently but it has been on my roundtoit list for a while. If someone else can find a use for it I might push it further up the list.

Do you have roon? If so, there's an HA integration for roon that'll do the job for you.

Seems like the 218 has an IR input (use with G12) , you can use a Harmony hub for example which works fine the Home Assistant.
I also use it in one of my setups with HA, and it works great.
Home assistant can easly be linked to the Harmony Hub.

As far as I know 218 has no built in IR. I use 218 + 3200 as PC speakers, so want to turn them on without using smartphones app.

The 218 has an integral IR port to which you attach a G12, which in turn is controlled by an MSR/2.
In my experience, unless you own DSP’s with an integral dispay, a third party solution, other than that specified above, will not work.
