Is there a spec for the torque for the mid & tweeter, for the DSP8000's, and for the DSP3200's ?

The DSP7200SE service manual specifies 2.6Nm on all drivers, the same would go for the 8ks. I would assume that same would apply to 3200 and 5200. There was no mention of torque specs in the 5200 and 7200 service guides, in fact these only go as far as stating that the reassembly procedure is reverse of the disassembly method.

Be careful everyone: I just received a torque wrench and WOW ... 2.6 Nm is a really low torque setting, you can EASILY surpass that with a small screwdriver.

l have always preferred an “allen key” as you are totally in control of the resistance as you tighten up and also you soon realize the need to do (once you have learnt the art of getting the grills safely off !)

I hear you, and that is why I mentioned that 2.6 Nm torque is REALLY nothing. If you can easily apply that with a small screwdriver, then using an Allen key can create havoc!

Trust me, you get more “feel” with an allen key and l have been at it for many a year.The biggest problem in particular the earlier years was getting the grills off without causing damage 🤔
