Sorry that title does not give a promising clue as to what I need answering.
I basically bought a Schiit headphone amp to connect analogue to my 218, it sounds great but I’m having to disconnect my 3200’s as the audio comes through the SpeakerLink output instead of Tape or Radio,

I am not where I can check mine but I believe that all outputs of the 218 are always active

Seems a bit silly that they would all be active as I’m having to disconnect the speakers from the 218.
I’m wondering if I can change something on the Meridian app?

Unfortunately the 218 does not have a headphone mode option like that in the 808 and 818 that mutes the SpeakerLink outputs.
If the 218 is set to fixed analog out, does it defeat the Mute on the analog outputs?
I am not at mine to try.

Everything plays at the same time speakers and analogue out, I can’t seem to switch the speakers off and just listen analogue out

It doesn’t solve your immediate issue, but you need to add a dedicated Headphone Amplifier/DAC to the RCA outputs on the 218.

A headphone amp with a SPDIF input could be used as the SPDIF output of the 218 is not subject to being muted. This will allow you to mute the SpeakerLink connected speakers without affecting the digital output.
If your headphone amp only has analog in then a digital to analog converter could be placed in between the 218 and the headphone amp.

Alternatively, as I did, buy an Ethernet Bridge, for connection between your Router/Hub and Headphone Amplifier/DAC - thereby by-passing your 218 entirely, and thus completely solving the issue.
