Hi anybody noticed Rhapsody/Napster search not working? I can play downloaded albums on Rhapsody so account ok but when I do a search for any artist or genre it shows the artists name but when clicked on no albums are showing it's just blank
Control:15, QNAP, DSP5200SE, 818v.3,Panasonic 55" TV, Panasonic bluray player, Stax SR 009 Earspeaker System, , 27" iMac, iPads Mini & Air, iPod touch.

Just had message from Rhapsody there is a problem their end which they're working on

My C15 Sooloos system can't recognise my Napster account been in touch with Napster who say they are aware but wondered anyone else having same problem?

I'm having the same issues as you are using Control:PC. Also on my iPad.

Is everybody still having the same issue? My Rhapsody/Napster search also doesnt work and the MC200 is saying it is having trouble contacting the service and to check my internet connection. It has been a couple of weeks now - if the problem still exists for all then I assume its a Napster issue - but if everyone is back online then it may be my system.

I can't even log on much less do a search. I've been reduced to using the Napster PC app for my listening sessions.

We're extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Please note that, Some of our customers also reported on the same. We have cascaded the information to our engineers and they are working towards the fix.

I decided to drop a note to Napster Support so they would know that there are at least two people that want Napster to work with their Sooloos. I received the exact same reply as you did. The boilerplate reply does indicate that we aren't the only ones notifying them of the problem. Since they didn't say that they no longer support Sooloos, there is still a faint hope that one day it will function again.

It looks like some progress has been made. This morning Control:PC was able to log in to Napster. I tried to play a couple of tracks, but they came back as unavailable. Fingers crossed.

It looks like some progress has been made. There is no progress. Development of Sooloos stopped years ago.
