I am having a problem with my DSP3300C connected to my G65. I get the correct center channel audio from it, but the controller does not change the volume of it. The rest of the speakerlink speakers respond appropriately. Also, the G65 won't turn the DSP3300C on. Howver, everything is fixed if I plug in the center channel into the Main L/R speakerlink connection. Not only will the G65 turn the DSP3300C on, but it will play the correct sound (main L/R) and control the volume of the speaker. As an aside, the center channel has the same problem whether I use the master (bottom) speakerlink or the slave (top) one. Everything looks correct in the config program for the G65. The center channel is assigned and connected.
Is there a setting I have messed up or is the speakerlink output of the G65 center channel not operating correctly?

Did you press clear on the MSR with everything in standby to set controller/not controller?

Thanks Bruce. This did not clear the problem, but I was able to find the issue. I placed a 218 after the G65 (through speakerlink) in order to play MQA to the main 5200s. I clearly did not have my settings right because it was messing up BOTH the center channel and the rear speakers. Removing the 218 put everything back to right, though I don't understand how the 218 on the main channels had an effect on the other spearlink channels. I thought putting a 218 into the chain was something that could be done, but clearly everything has to be well sorted first. I'll have to do more research into this.

You can do this but you need a comms return from the Master speaker in order for it to work.

This fixed everything, of course. Thanks again Bruce, for your expertise.
The nice thing was any SL jack served the purpose, even if it was a different channel.
