I have not done a upgrade yet to be able to say. A upgraded version will not have the bass quality of a factory XE due to different drivers and far less power.

I can’t help but wonder what Meridian's most popular DSP speaker is?! Would be really interesting to know how many DSP6000s they made over the years.

Just curious to ask if the performance pack includes the B-Link and analogue input modules, or would they be available as an optional extra?

I have not seen a mention of it in the literature or webinar but I will ask. I have not received the analog input modules for the two pair of XE that I have received so far but I do have the B links. Both are reportedly going to be available for separate purchase.

Is it possible to buy the PSU’s separately? My 8000’s has been upgraded to SE’s - but the PSU was not replaced, they are 17 years old! Can the PSU from the Performance Pack fit with the SE’s backplate?

Presumably it could physically fit but, there is no telling if the connectors or wiring would be compatible with the SE or legacy back panels.
