Hi Folks,
I am having no joy trying to get my 218 firmware upgraded to the "Works with SONOS" version, as per the latest 218 User Manual as page 21.
I also have a problem of not having control of the volume with Meridian Control or the Roon App and only my Meridian remote controls the volume.
Will appreciate any suggestions.

Given I had zero replies, I reached out to Bruce and he made sure I got the latest Firmware Update for my 218.
If you can't see "WORKS WITH SONOS" in the Configuration List using the Meriden Control App, you do not have the latest firmware for the 218.
