I had my 861v6 boxed for a year or so that I recently pulled out for a second system. When I plug in a mains cable it lights up very briefly and then goes dark. I can't get it to power on successfully. I tried two power cables with the same results.
Any ideas as to what issue is most likely causing this behavior? Estimated repair cost?

Most likely needs a power supply and capacitor refresh. Probably at least five to six hundred if it is not something you would do yourself.
