Split out from INFO: Meridian Price Rises - 1st July 2022

Inflation is over 20% now, this nonsense figure of 11% they are banding around is just that, nonsense.

Anyone who has been following the money for the last 12 years, or since August 16th 1971 but best not go there, could see this coming, and it is only just starting. Buckle up!

I'm old enough to remember, but the date doesn't ring any bells.
And saying not to go there has the opposite effect with me ... grin

Was it a special birthday?

It was the evening Nixon stood up in front of the world and announced they were coming off the gold standard, they were going to print 10% extra money than was in circulation, which would devalue everyones money, but it was needed to stop an economic crisis like 1929.
That was half a century ago and we never went back again, we stayed on FIAT currency and every since then the banks have been printing money, which in itself would not be a problem, but they never pay it back in again, new mortgage, car loan, new phone finance, all printed from thin air and never paid back off the ledger.
The dollar in February 2020 nearly hit 1%, in other words 99% of it is nonsense money, printed out of thin air. Printed to get the banks out of trouble and it robs the people evey single day of their wealth through devaluation, or as we like to call it, inflation. We have even convinced people inflation is good.

Now it is good if it is kept at 0.5% or maybe 1%, because it is use it or lose it. But what we have seen since 1971, and more so since 2010 is criminal, it is a collapsing of the monetary system. Problem is, since then we have got Bitcoin. What is money? A sales ledger. Best sales ledger every devised? Bitcoin.

For the first time in history the central banks could lose control of the money, and if they lose control of the money they lose control....of everything.

The rush now to roll out Central Bank Digital currencies is frantic, but they need everyone to have a digital ID for that, and in the west we are not fans of big brother. So it is proving harder than they thought.

But, a collapse of the economy and a new monetary system is needed, they can't go back to gold as who has all the gold? And we can't have Russia and China becoming the wealthiest countries on the planet now can we.

But we have the house speakers telling the US people that "Due to Covid it will take generations to back back this debt of nearly $3 trillion." She doesn't mention the £33 trillion they have printed to buy time while they work out what to do!
I use the US as the numbers a bigger, but add all the EU countries up, UK, and even China and we have all racked up the credit cards. Printing 90% of all the money on the planet out of thin air between 2010 and 2020 and then turning off the taps meant we were always going to see inflation of 90% of more over the next couple of years or so.

Hence me saying, buckle up! grin

That's an interesting post, although I suspect it might be slightly OT. grin

Is that right that globally 90% of all the money in the system between 2010 & 2020 has been pulled out of a magician's hat? crazy That's incredible.

And when you say "The USD in February 2020 nearly hit 1%", 1% of what?

Yeah it is true.

In laymans terms before anyone picks me up on making this too basic and skimming over it.

Up until 1971 we were on the gold standard, it meant every dollar, pound etc. in your pocket was linked to physical gold in a vault somewhere.
Gold is good because it is, for all intents and purposes, finite, or it got to the point where it costs more to mine it than it is worth. That is an important feature of precious metals as a currency.

In 1971 we converted all the money to the FIAT standard, we simply converted the gold, which was linked to the dollar, to just the dollar. A ratio of 1:1. A dollar was a dollar, and that dollar bought you x amount of gold.
We were to come off the gold standard, print an extra 10% of money, which in turns devalues everyone's money by 10%, but it allowed us to pump money back into the economy (banks and governments) to stop a depression like 1930 happening.

Which is what they did.

However, a week turned into a month, into a quarter, and they printed 20%, then years and they printed more and more.
They got to love this new FIAT standard, if the central banks got in trouble they simply printed more money for themselves.

If you print $1 trillion today and give it to yourself as a central bank, it doesn't devalue it overnight, it gives you huge buying power, it only devalues over months or even years, as that money trickles down from central banks, to governments, to corporations, then into products and services until it gets to the end user, who takes it as a wage or payment for the item at the end of the chain.
It also means that if there is $10 trillion in the system, and now there is $11 trillion there is no more real money added, what you have done is, by the time it has trickled down is made everyone's money worth less, for every $100 in your bank it is now only worth $90 (I get I am doing basic in my head maths.).

They have been printing and printing and printing.
Take a mortgage out, you don't borrow from Edna's pension savings, the bank simply prints it, same with a car loans, etc. etc.
The problem is they are meant to pay it off when it is repaid, but that has not been happening, again it goes back into the central banks and even the high street banks pockets. they just print more and more and they buy up more and more land, property, or businesses through funds like Blackrock.

We are now at the point where the real money, the amount converted from gold is less than 1%, in other words 99% of the money out there is fairytale money. When it gets to 1% it is time to admit you have racked up the credit cards and you don't have any more cards left in the drawer to take out more money.

Think of someone who has their whole life on cards, £3000 a month card bill but only earns £3k a month, but it is OK as they have another card in the drawer with £30k limit, so they stick that in the bank, it buys them 10 months. But it doesn't as the payments are now £4k a month, so after 7 months they apply for another card, but they are refused everywhere. Bang! They have gone bust.

It doesn't matter though with central bank as they own the money, they will just write it all off and start a new monetary system.
When I say write if off I mean they will write of the pension schemes etc. Governments for the first time in history have allowed bail ins (where they get to keep your money in the bank!) and across the US, EU and UK in 2020 they are allowing repossessed homes to be rented back out (that is an important fact that is not being discussed). You will own nothing and be happy.

One problem though, they knew this was coming, what they didn't know in 2008, was that we would get Bitcoin.

That scares them silly.

I have hidden the rest as it gets a bit tin foily. But don't listen to me, go straight to the source.

What is money? A ledger. I owe you for x.
it really is as simple as that.
Bitcoin is like the gold standard. It is not infinite, it now costs more to 'mine' than it is worth. No one can print more devaluing what is already in circulation and banks can't just pint more to get them out of trouble. Every single transaction is trackable by every single person that owns it so can not be compromised.
And most importantly it puts the power of money back in the people's hand, or rather, it takes it away from the central banks. And let's remember who the central banks are and who they are owned by.

In 2009 the central banks and the fed wanted to increase the US borrowing from $7 trn to $11 trn to save the banking system. (I keep using the US as it is a good example, same was happening in China, Europe etc. too). Congress said that if they went passed $9trn they could never pay it back, they would be in a debt trap as GDP was not enough.
The argument was that if they printed to $11 trillion they had basically devalued the dollar by 30% overnight so only like borrowing £9 trillion anyway. Crap and totally incorrect argument.
They agreed to it!
The previso was that by 2019 they would have that back down from $11trn to $7 trillion. Cool.

2019 came around and not only had they not got the debt down it was now at $19 trillion! By Feb 2020 it hit $26 trillion, they were now just buying time while they worked out what to do.
Panic was setting in.

That is when they allowed company buy backs again, where companies can buy their own shares to keep the price artificially inflated, needed because people were dumping stocks and there was real fear the markets would collapse before the new monetary system was in place. the problem was the new Central Bank Digital Currency that was being introduced was an issue.

Why? For a start it was a one world currency. Not every country wanted this and to have it was admitting that we would have a one world governance, which for many is a bit too much like a One World Government and there would be real resistance.
How about going back to gold? Problem with that is nearly everyone has sold their gold, who to? Russia and China. With the exception of Germany. But then we make Russia and China the richest most powerful countries on the planet along with Germany.
How will the people take that? I think we all know.
Plus, the countries who are not playing ball like the Arab states and again Russia, because they don't need to, they are wealthy through oil and gas, will also become the super powers overnight.

So it is CBDC that is needed, but for a CBDC we also need everyone on the planet, or everyone who takes this on, which is all the Davos/WEF lot, to get a Digital ID. But again there is resistance to digital IDs in the west.

They rolled out the digital currency and social credit system across China in a few select cities in 2019 and it went live properly recently.

The pandemic arrived at the perfect time to get everyone to have a digital ID. All they needed was for everyone to have a health passport, which could then become our digital ID. They had role played this for a year leading up to it remember. A pandemic outbreak starting in Wuham China.
They had also role played vaccine uptake with H1N1 swine flu in Belgium. Watch the Belgian health minister give his talk to leaders at Chatham House telling them how easy it was to convince people there was a pandemic simply by using the flu figures they get every year. Sure, there was a virus, but look how the early talk from WHO Fauci etc. all said it was not a concern, 99.7% would be fine and 99.999% under 70 would be fine too. Then look how that slowly changed.

Obviously the Arab states was still an issue, as is Russia, but the Green agenda should get rid of that, if you are only powerful because you have oil or gas, then let's have a world where we have no oil or gas. Perfect.
Also, many argue that Russia is not cash rich, but they have gold, if they have a war they will have to sell off their gold to pay for it. If they no longer have any gold we could move back to a gold standard short term. But that is getting onto a very emotional subject.

Where are we now? Well the uptake for vaccine passports was not good, so digital IDs are not here, so now we move onto a climate crisis, a digital ID to fight that may be an easier sell than one for a virus that most have had and that is now less deadly than flu?
The social credit score than they have all been pushing, which is what he CBDC will be part of, will allow you to track your carbon footprint, get points for being green, using your car less, flying less, buying less alcohol, buying more from the food corporations they deem healthy, etc.
The new programmable Central Bank Digital Currency linked to your social credit score is their big push now more than ever, and they need it too, because they can't can't keep printing and people are going to start asking questions soon. Inflation at 9% is nonsense, looking the fuel pumps, energy prices, supermarket bills, people can see something is up.
A one world currency they know will be rejected, so they are going to release a Britcoin, Digital Dollar etc. etc. It will all be the same but feel like it is sovereign.

I will post some links to the CBDCs, it is very telling how scared they are of Bitcoin. Don't get me wrong I'm no Bitcoiner. I think it would be the best think to happen to humanity, but it will not be allowed to happen. They will make it illegal, like cash will be illegal, and if you are suddenly faced with 25 years in jail for using them people will not use them. They don't need to turn it off, that will be enough of a deterrent.

But our very own Mr Sunak has been the voice of CBDCs with the WEF/Davos lot over the last year, he has been telling them all how wonderful it will be to be able to turn on/off people's money for certain things when they hit their quota, be that for fuel, electricity, certain foods or alcohol, or because they are not towing the line, following the narrative, they gave the freezing of the people's bank accounts who donated to the Canadian truckers as an example.
Problem with that is what happens when you get your money turned off because you want to vote for someone else?

Money is power and if we think moving from gold to FIAT gave them power, well, you ain't seen nothing yet! grin

If you didn't fall asleep reading that, then here is some interesting docs on the CBDCs...

https://www.bis.org/publ/othp42.pdf

https://www.bis.org/publ/othp42_system_design.pdf

https://www.bis.org/publ/othp42_user_needs.pdf

https://www.bis.org/publ/othp42_fin_stab.pdf

I should just add, there are a hell of a lot of people trying to stop all this out there.
Problem is there is a blanket ban on discussing it through the Associated Press and the Trusted Media, both owned by the very banks through funds who control what we hear through the main stream media.
So most people don't know anything about all this going on. But more and more people do, and more and more will, it is too big to hide.

Be careful where you read stuff too. Go straight to the source, the WEF website, the UN website, the WHO, official government websites, the IMF etc. etc.
They are not hiding anything, they can't really, but to many places go off on a tangent and do more damage than good discussing these things.
But I think we will see a social credit system and digital, centralised, controllable currencies certainly by 2030, more like 2026 now.

People just need to stop and if the things that are being rolled out are really for the good of the people or the good of planet, or if in fact they are for making money. Be that green, health, money whatever.

Wow, does anyone have an alternative, less apocalyptic view?

I would guess 99% of the planet. grin

I have always been of the thought "Nothing we can do, so ignore it."

But too much is now affecting things and affecting those that can't afford to be affected either. Plus if you follow it all, then they are not trying to hide it anymore either.

So I have gone from "nah, won't happen!" to "Hmm, I reckon we have got very little time left."

It is not really an apocalyptic view, and if it does happen I'm not sure if it would make all that much difference to most. But people do need to go and see what is happening in China with their roll out of the CBDC and social credit system, as those that were cheering it on a year ago are changing their minds very quickly.

Friends of ours who have been out there for 9 years laughed at me when I said about this last year. They have moved back to the UK this month. Said already it is a nightmare.

Look at what is happening to farmland, banning of nitrogens in agriculture. First Sri Lanka, next up Netherlands, next is Canada and then France.
They said they were doing it, they are doing it and revolutions are starting.

Ignorance is bliss, but when it comes to you that changes things, and too much is getting too close to home now.

If I owe you a sum of money (say, repaying national debt), and I promise to pay you back in…

1 Million Seconds = < 12 Days,

1 Billion Seconds = 32 Years, or,

1 Trillion Seconds = 32,000 Years.

Excellent.

I don't think many of us can imagine the amount of debt we are talking about. Great eye opener.

$33 trillion worth of debt means if they pay back $1m every second it will take 3 centuries to repay it? grin

There is $303 trillion worth of debt in 2021 globally.

That is not taking onto account how overvalued many of the banks books are. Deutsche Bank alone was estimated to have nearly €60 trillion worth of over valued assets on their books.
Buildings with a €1m of leveraging on them worth €500k etc.

As we are now seeing the lending is tightening again, interest rates rising, and inflation is going mental. Just be aware folks, get any lending you want in place asap and be in a position to ride out the next 5 years or so. It is going to get bumpy.

Buy things like hifi and things you can enjoy at home with your family, just try to get rid of as much debt as you can.

Could you just clarify this (apparent) contradiction. I'm still absorbing your earlier observations...

Haha, yeah that is a bit of a contradiction.

What I meant to say really was, if you are thinking of doing things over the next 5 years or so which will need some lending, get it in place now. Even if you were thinking of remortgaging next year, or if you have work to be done on your roof that you might have taken a short term loan out on and were planning on it next summer, get any essential borrowing in place as soon as you can and on a fixed rate.

But, having said that, if you are in a lucky position where maybe you have some money and were thinking about a holiday home, or maybe a place abroad, I would suggest use it for now at least, to get any existing essential borrowing, like mortgage, down to as small a debt as possible.

The whole thing with governments now allowing lenders to come in if you miss payments and then rent your house out again, which was never allowed until 2020, always had to be put back onto an open market to stop asset grabs, means you want to have as small a mortgage as possible. We are seeing it stateside where owners are missing 3 months due to Covid and Blackrock are coming in and buying their homes through the lender from them, and then renting them back.

They are paying top whack for them too. $400k home Blackrock have been paying the home owner $500k. Then charging them $1500 month rent. To be honest if you are at the point where you have no income and you think you are going to lose your home and someone comes in and says "I'll buy your house valued at $400k for $500k, pay off your mortgage of $300k leaving you with $200k in the bank and then charge you $18000 a year rent?" Folks have been jumping at it. Stay in your home, 7 years of rent covered and £90k in the bank takes a lot of worry away. Many will convince themselves they will be back on their feet in a year or two and can start over, and that may be the case, I expect many more will get 4 years in and that money will be gone.

Blackrock, who owns pretty much the world, becomes one of the biggest residential landlords on the planet.

Restrictions are coming in across the G7 nations for landlords making it more and more difficult for smaller landlords, those who own a couple or even 10 properties, unless you have huge amounts of excess cash and don't care about true returns for 10 years or more. Many of the restrictions are once again hidden in Green agenda policies of course, but it is a slow squeeze of every single industry at the moment. Smaller businesses get pushed out and the corps come in.

Same with the food industry, globally there has been a push for farming to use chemical fertilisers for the last 40 years (look who owns all the fertiliser companies!) and so the whole world has moved to them, and now all of a sudden these are being banned?
This is not a case of crops will not have as good a yield without them, these crops have been genetically modified for the last 40 years, without them they simply don't grow! They are now as essential as water or oxygen.
But the WEF have agreed with leaders of certain countries that these fertilisers would be banned, Sri Lanka first, Netherlands second, then Canada to come followed by France. Then who knows who is next? Italy was signed up through Draghi, but I expect him to resign in today, too many people have had enough of him, so that may change things.

But slowly these new rules are being put in place. Sri Lanka has collapsed, the farmers in the Netherlands are not standing for it though, and they are not stupid. They are being told that they will have do something else, that if their crop fails the WEF and its associates will buy their land, their farms from them, but why should they suddenly have to sell their farms that they have run for years, and run under the rules set by the EU, NATO and the WEF, rules that are now being turned around overnight?
It is a land grab, plain and simple.
And I can assure you, once these farmers are gone there is no way these massive corporations who are buying them up will not start production themselves.

You have Bill Gates buying up Farmland around the globe, now the largest land owner in the US, he is also signing up to take over cattle farming in the UK through, where he is "going to revolutionise it through vaccination and genetics programmes."
Yeah? Why don't you just [censored] off playing god you sociopathic creep?
James Dyson is quietly buying up land in the UK too, now owns more land than the Queen.

These same people are the ones pushing for digital IDs, universal basic income, transhumanism, eugenics, internet of things and internet of bodies, lab grown meats, protein through insect farming all run buy a selected handful of corporations who only have your best interests at heart! Yet those same companies are the same companies that are causing the most pollution, ripping down the most forrests, have children going down mines so we can all have an electric car or buy the latest iPhone and we are to believe this is all being done so we can have a fairer, society that owns nothing at all and rents everything and is happier than it ever was?
Well someone owns it all! grin

The problem with these massive funds, like Blackrock, is the power the wield. With Mr. Finks ESG rating, which rates a company from 1-99 based on how green they are, how woke they are, and that rating basically tells people if it is worth investing with them, they basically control the market.
You should not have a fund who has the biggest shares in the biggest corporations in the world giving a rating which affects their value.

Netflix was a good example. Netflix had an ESG rating of 98. Dave Chapelle brought out some video which offended a lot of people, in the States mainly, Blackrock dropped they ESG rating to 2.5 and told them they need to stop making edgy stuff, enough of the Narcos, enough of the Breaking Bads, Blackrock and Vanguard now own a huge chunk of you and this is not the type of material we want, they want material that pushes LGBTQ+, they want material that piushes straight white male is evil.
Netlix shares start falling badly due to their ESG risk going so high, investors know the ESG score dictates whether a company succeeds or fails. Slowly they have been making some very woke material, "He's having a Baby" etc. etc. ESG rating is recovering, but subscribers are ditching the channel, big time.

Netflix has now announced that they are ditching the woke agenda and just going to make decent shows again, if it covers minority subjects great, but only if it is a good show, not just to push a narrative.

But it is probably too late, they are haemorrhaging subscribers, and new shows will take another year or so to arrive. They are becoming so broke they now can't afford to make the shows, and they are talking about having to put commercials in their shows, which was what people liked about Netflix, no commercials and binge a show.

The thing is, when you are Blackrock even though you are the largest share holder none of this matters, they simply short the company and make even more money from its demise.

And that is where we are at with everything, arseholes willing to throw everyone under the buss to make a buck. Always has been, but those who did it before did it under the radar, the big difference now is nearly everyone who is running the countries around the world are bought into whole thing, they are where they are today because of these people. We don't have man trying to kick back against this system, someone to Rage Against The Machine, anymore. And those few who are are classed as right wing evil bastards that are anti gay, anti trans, anti black, anti white, climate change denying conspiracy theorists. Which is a fabulous way to control anyone trying to stop you from, well, taking over the world.

Blackrock who funds the Associated Media and the Trusted Media, which supply the world media with their news to pass on to us, they then own every major channel we get our info from in the west. 17000 media outlets world wide, including Sky, NBC, CNN, Fox, MSNBC, all the papers, they own Twitter, facebook, Instagram, they own everything. They pretend there is some left of right bias, but the reality is is just a skew of the truth anyway. Facebook etc. is a pure propaganda channel, what you see is highly censored, if it doesn't fit their narrative it is removed or hidden from anyone but yourself and maybe 5 or 6 other people that you are friends with. Same with Twitter. And this is along with the extremely biased msm is where we all find out what is happening on the world.
The TV reporters don't even realise what they are reading out is a skew of the truth, and even worse is just how tribal it is all getting, pick a f*king team and hate everyone else!

Life is not like that, I go for dinner with friends, tories or labour or even green ;), democrat or republican, I have been in the fashion industry since the late 80's and most are gay or trans or whatever, we never even considered it until about 5 years ago, we all have a few drinks and a laugh. But get back on facebook or twitter and turn on the TV and apparently the world is tearing itself apart. NO! It is not!
People are good people, they are not racist, they are not anti anything, what we are is a bit tribal, and what we like is what we know. There is a big difference. Forcing people to do something is where things start to get sour.

It is a clever image portrayed by the media, by them to cause tension, because when there is tension, when there is fear, people are obedient and want someone to come in to protect them from the nasty world. We saw that with Covid. You can take away the civil liberties we have fought for for centuries as long as you promise you are keeping me safe.

Larry Fink and Blackrock have a lot to answer for. I think history will not look back on them fondly at all. You can not have one corporation hold so much power over what happens to us all, they definitely run the corporations, he media and when you run that you control the governments too, and that is not a good thing.

Look at who Blackrock owns, then look at who has shares in Blackrock, it is one big circle of the wealthiest people on the planet. We don't really stand a chance to do anything other than what they want us to do.

This video which came out originally in early 2021 covers it quite nicely. It also cover Covid in a way many will not want to hear, but it is worth watching for the details on Blackrock, Vanguard, State Street, Berkshire Hathaway etc.

I think it has always been the same, the big problem now is just how much they have infiltrated the main stream media and social media.
When my friends come over from India they are always amazed at just how biased UK, EU and US media is, they say we never ever see what is really going on in the world. Like proper propaganda pushed down our throats, and yet we all think we have this wonderful, open, non biased media. grin

Anyway, I went off on a bit of a ramble, but it is all intertwined, and if you mention something that has to be expended on to make sense. and what is happening financially at the moment is more the collapse of the US as the superpower and the dollar as the reserve currency and the massive fight to hold onto that power, or make sure it transfers to the "right people" and not let China or Russia get it, and the levels they will go to to hold onto it.

We have not even started on China, the collapse of their economy, the millions of homes they are building with no one to live in them, or what is really happening in Ukraine. But that would be a discussion over beers and in person I feel. Haha.

Right, I need a double espresso, and maybe a cognac in it! laugh
