Hi,
Just got my new investment up and running.
Now should I in Roon set it up with …
- MQA Capabilities = Decoding and rendering - Enable MQA core decoding to Yes
if it is connected to my DSP5200SE via SpeakerLink?
Regards Christofer

NextMac,
Welcome!
The good news here is that Roon will already have default settings for the 808v6 to handle MQA.
With the 808v6, I'm guessing that Roon will just send a bit-perfect stream to the 808v6 which will then handle decoding and rendering. If you use Roon DSP, it will also handle the decoding and leave the rendering to the 808. I don't have an 808v6 to confirm this, but:
either way, you can confirm this in Roon by going to:
Settings > Audio > [name of 808v6] > gear icon for device setup > MQA capabilities
Living room: 818v3, Parasound A23+, Maggie 1.6 A/V room: 861v8, DSP7200SE L/R/C, 4x DSP320 surrounds, ID41 + Roon, UHD722, Prime+PS
