My center channel and subwoofer will not play in multichannel such as Cinema. But they will play in 2 channel
Has any one had this same experience?
Looking for solutions.

Please provide much greater detail of what equipment you have, how is is connected and set up.

It is set up for analogue, multichannel connected to HD621
I have had this problem every since I purchased the 861v4, I would reinstall the software and it would correct itself.
Reinstalling the software has not worked this time

We need to know how your amps/speakers and the sub are connected to the 861 ... as you know there is a lot of flexibility there. Are you using Mconfig? I'm certain folks here will get you an answer once you provide more detail...
Theater - 861v8, 621, Oppo BD83, 8K front 7200s back, 7200HC with 5200s on the sides, SW 5500
Family Room - 218, OG 8K Pair
Desktop/office system Media Source 600, 3100s with SW1600
Focal Stellia with Arche Amp and 218 for critical listening
Prime Headphone Amp and Power Supply for desktop headphone listening with Meze Empyrean
