Hello!

My friend has picked up C15 from old stock and it has software build 234 with no Roon support. Is there any chance to update it to the latest build?

Internet connection test says it can not find Sooloos servers. Is it a trouble with local network or servers are indeed down? If there is no automatic update, is it possible to update software manually?

Hello there. I just tried the same test on my Control:15 and the result was ok, it said it contacted Sooloos and the network was working, so you may just have a local network issue.

Local network is much easier to fix.
