My speakers are under warranty and after I log into the Meridian homepage it shows my nearest dealer in Singapore!

Hi Steve, I've just connected to https://www.Meridian-audio.com/product-support/ and selected the "find a dealer option" typed in "Illinois, USA"... Then selected "Illinois, United States of America" (first on on the list) and I get several hits ... They are not close, but AudioArt in Sudbury, Mass is extremely knowledgeable. Dave is the owner and a long time Meridian guy. I bought my Ultra DAC, G65, 722, 218, and M6 from him.

Maybe I missed it but what is your current problem?
Is it related to your 8000 speaker upgrade or firmware upgrade?
There are many knowledgeable and helpful people right here that might be able to help and if you need a great dealer - Bruce (CMB Integrations) is top notch.

I went on the Meridian website and posted my email address and the only dealers they listed are now either gone or no longer list Meridian as a brand they carry. I do lean on Bruce on occasion. My DSP's seem to need a warm up period to work properly. I wasn't able to listen ay low volumes because of the odd midrange thing the speakers would do. Now for whatever reason once the speakers are up to running temps I can enjoy at low volumes as well as loud,
Imagine your speakers playing both left and right channel information out of the left speaker up to 90 dB when the sound from the left would be split into both speakers. Strange right? This used to happen every time I turned the volume down below 55-60 on the display. Since leaving the speakers on overnight the problem went away, but when I shut them off long enough to cool down they go thru the same routine.
I went all in on these as my pre retirement gift and if there's a service center that can diagnose these I would get them there.

As I have said before on this subject it is either a power supply or midrange issues. I have spare power supplies I can ship to you if you wish to troubleshoot with them.
