Hello All,
Does anyone have a user's manual for the upgraded, but non-smiley DSP 5000? I've looked at Duncan's site and it has manuals for the 18 bit version and smiley, but not the one in between.
Regards,
Russell

I don't think the 24 bit manual is any different (other than specs), and actually I think the manual that came with the pre-smiley 24/96 DSP5ks might have been the 18 bit manual …

The smiley version manual is also a helpful resource, since there is no difference between the upgrade 24/96 and smiley other than the display.

Thanks for the replies. I've had an 861v4 for awhile, but these are the first DSP speakers I've every tried. I'm still trying to figure out what setting are done to the speakers directly, and what is taken over by the 861. I'm assuming they're in Type 6, because it's all working (Left, right and center). I'm a bit confused about the difference between tilt and axis, but I'll go back over the documentation. I'm still thinking of upgrading the tweeters since the originals must be 20 years old by now. I'm having no luck finding schematics or a service manual for these btw. Anyway, thanks again.
Russell
