Hi Everyone,

We have now taken delivery of a lot of Meridian Spares.

This is a result of our purchase of Chris Coaster's business as he moves on to pursue other ventures.

We will be adding these to our website shop shortly but as you can imagine its a lot of spares so will take a little while to get them onto our systems.

More information can be found on our website.

Thanks
Edd & Russ

Hi, I'm considering purchasing a 808v6 but I'm concerned should any of the major parts fail.
I understand that Meridian no longer provide service for the 808.
Do you have Meridian parts available or non Meridian parts?
I'm thinking of the CD drive and laser in particular.
I look forward to receiving your reply and advice.
Thanks and cheers.

Edd, The F80 you sold me a few years ago is still going strong thank you - I have it in my study with an MS200 attached.

I am currently looking for a late EPROM for my old but trusty 565 which is functionally perfectly - but i actually don’t need these days.

I figured it would be easier to move with updated software- I think 6.2 is the latest.

I believe its a 565 1 serial number 302008 . Software display says 565 2.8 - so pretty old. I bought as a demo from KJ in London years ago- circa 1998. They said it had been upgraded but I am blowed if I can remember how. It has the DTS and THX logos on the front panel - but I am not sure if it delivers DTS - I suspect not... maybe its was just a later front panel

I recently bought a used 568.1 which serves my needs as music only- Trifield with 5K24/96 recapped. I also have a trio of 18 bit recapped 5Ks which sound nearly as good - less detail but a trifle warmer, so pretty nice.

I am still looking for a home for my Arcam Solo which you repaired for me some months ago - nice unit but no streaming, so no longer that desirable.

All the best for 2021 - which has to be better
Stay safe

Sorry this was intended to be a PM
