Hi, I have replaces mys G68 power supply with a XP ECM40UT31. To set the correct output voltage, the 5.2V have to be measured between pin 1 (+V) and pin 3 (RTN) of the J2 output? Serge.

Tech note TN20.3 applies. Also did you change the capacitors?

This document just shows where the output adjustment trimmer is located And its content is confusing because it is saying to keep the 5.0V. I have read many time the correct voltage is 5.2V. Serge.

Page 2 of the document explains that the voltage should be measured at the regulator on the Comms board and that it should be set to measure 5V.
As a result if measured at the power supply it could measure slightly higher.
This is a Meridian service document.
