Several months back I contacted Tidal re a similar or the same problem when running Sooloos.
They asked me to provide more information which I duly did. I gave them a list of troublesome unavailable tracks and they said they would investigate and get back to me.
I discussed these tracks with Roon user and he had no issues with this at the time.
Tidal did not get back to me a second time so I bit the bullet and finally decided to scratch the Roon itch.
No problem now.

Hi, Hector
The same fate awaits me I suspect from Tidal unless they are waiting for me to change my DNS settings.
I'm about to swap modems and if this doesn't work seek the help of my ISP to trial a change of the DNS settings.
One more issue which I hadn't previously mentioned when Playing Tidal via Sooloos is when playing a double album track one on the second album plays after track one on the first album, track two likewise and so on. The two albums combine into one album! This has been the situation for a long time now.
Cheers.

Well that is it then.

We've looked into this issue on our end.
Unfortunately, since Meridian is no longer supporting Sooloos, there is not much we can do on our end.
I apologize for the inconvenience.
Cheers
