Hi Gents

I stumbled across this site, and don't know what to make of it. Is it legit? If it's a download site, how can the studios be happy with the low prices being charged? Is it a pay per stream site? The site construction is very basic, and I don't see any "About us" page... is it someone's pet pirate project?
