Hi all,

I was using my MC200 last night without issue.

This morning I ran the iPad app and it says a firmware update is needed on the MC200 and exits.

I download latest Control:PC and Sooloos configuration tool and installed both. On running they say I must update so I do the automatic download and install. Both of these now work but the iPad app does not.

What I did notice was the MC200 did not restart at any stage so I have done this several times... Same issue... Plus each time I start Control:PC it also runs the update then works... but nothing on the iPad app gets that working.

Any help you guys can give would be much appreciated.

A couple of question;

What is the firmware version on the MC200?
What iOS version are you running on the iPad?
What Version of Sooloos is you iPad Running?

Can you get to the debug page of the MC200 and see if there are any errors.

My MC200 is now working fine again after the help of Rick at Audio Images. These guys are really a great Meridian dealer.

I refreshed firmware on unit from downloading Control:PC using the Control:Web interface.

I also removed all Sooloos items from my iPad and only added by Sooloos app only without the older stuff.

Once this was complete it’s working fine. As I did both together not sure which fixed it.

In Control:PC there is an option under title to import my library does this keep the library locally? If so I guess this has benefit. Are users using this option?
