I need to wire up K cable to connect a pair of D600 as rear channel (page S21 of the Set up manual).

Can anyone help?

If you check the restaurant under service/ repair and custom cables you should find what your looking for.

I could not find any wiring information.

If you contact MI under custom communication cables and interconnects he will point you in the right direction.

Still needing the information on how to get D600 rear speakers to switch on from the front master.

Meridian think there was no K type lead and they have no guide to set up beyond its mention in the setup manual for the D600 speakers.

I cannot believe that Bob Stuart designed in the features and controls but didn't write up how to wire them up.

I'm trying to get a 601 DSP pre-amp / 604 FM tuner system working, entirely for fun.

This has taught me that in the early days of the DSP program, Meridian proliferated leads.

I'm thinking I should at least write up the complete set of Meridian leads, their purpose, and which manual they are listed in.

I have identified A, B, B1, E, P, Q and Q1 leads from Meridian's documentation as being needed for the 600-series. And there is an optical version of Meridian comms. So far, I have not been able to find wiring instructions for any of them.

The engineer in me is ... slightly horrified that there does not seem to be any documentation describing the various connections.
