The 218 works perfectly with Roon, it’s just not RAAT. I hope there is an upgrade though to make zone syncing better.

Given that the 210 has switched to RAAT we are at the mercy of Roon to support to be legacy Sooloos. I used Roon with the 218 and works great. Just a bit of bummer if these newly purchased units have dated technology already.
I wonder what they have updated on the 0.7 hardware, if anything?

The Sooloos firmware was distributed via a Sooloos version update or by running Sooloos config, I assume there will be a different way of distributing it in the future, who knows it might even be downloadable
