Hi,

I have 4 DSP5500s (2 smileys and 2 not) and 1 DSP5500HC (smiley) that need updating. The smileys are running 5.0. The non smileys are running 4.003. I think all need to be upgraded to 5.40.

I also have 1 non smiley DSP5000C which is running 5.04. I think the latest version is 5.21.

Finally, I have a 562v3 which is running 3.0. I don't know if that's the latest version. It's not listed in Meridian's release notes. I think all my other stuff is up to date.

If anyone can help me out with these updates I'd greatly appreciate it.

Firmware should be available from your local dealer or failing that I suggest you contact one of the HH friendly dealers that post on here.

PS I think firmware for a 562v3 is on a ROM chip and thus difficult to update ... could another HHker confirm.

Cool. Thanks. I was wondering about the 562 since I didn't see in mentioned in Meridian's fw release notes.

There is a dealer here (pretty much in name only) but they don't know much about Meridian. I think my luck would be better with the folks on here.
