Although not currently an M user since my G95 died and support expired I do still follow developments.
Any customer facing company knows that the way to a customer’s (current or future) heart is via communication and transparency.

It is extraordinary and depressing that in the case of the 210 this is not the case (even through PP's it seems)
If it’s not "our fault" say so--if it is say so!

Nothing alienates more than silence.

I still I get email notifications about this thread.

Nearly 18 months ago I got bored of waiting for it, and still no news???!


I really do think it is a shame how M have treated customers over the last few years.

I did notice that the 210 is no longer listed on Russ Andrews. I don't want to bash Meridian too much as I love the equipment I have. I am though disappointed by their continued silence.

Audio Affair in Birmingham is advertising that it is taking orders for the 210.

Shipping in 2-3 days? Are they the only ones in step or is it a ploy to get a deposit?

Edit: Just called them and they confirmed to 2-3 days is a standard timescale they use when Meridian notified them the 210 would be available soon, meaning they have no stock but if they could order from Meridian 2-3 days would be the expected delivery timescale, they had not confirmed product availability with Meridian.

Conclusion is that it is still unavailable.

Meridian not communicating with customers or dealers

UK Dealers had a communication from Meridian a couple of weeks ago with an update to 210.

"Unfortunately the Meridian 210 has suffered further delays.
At this time we cannot advise on an expected release date or have further information available."

They asked us to take 210 off websites for the time being.

Obvioulsy some dealers don't read (or choose to ignore) Meridian's communications.

I recently reviewed the business plan of a fintech start up where the head of social media marketing was being paid £100k a year (for a few Instagram posts ) whilst the CTO position remained vacant .
Meridian seems to be going the same way

At almost 37,000 views so far, there must be a massive pent up interest in this elusive device.

I suspect the comedic value has something to do with it?

With the reported imminent demise of iTunes, I wonder if this is a factor in the 210’s delay.
