Hi,
My DSW makes a thump sound when changing TV channels. I have it hooked up via SpeakerLink from a G61RSL and the DSW is set to 1/2 and doing only the LFE from about 35Hz.
My main speakers are 7200SE's and do not make any thump sounds when changing channels. I find it pretty annoying. Any thoughts?

My DSW thumps between tracks streamed from the Tidal. It's a bit off putting.
Cheers, Jason.
Lounge: DSP5200SL (L-R), DSW, 218, Michell Tecnodec, G98DH, tape deck.
Shed: DSP3100HC mains with twin analogue subs, 568, MS200. This sounds waay better than it should.
Storage: Way too much Meridian stuff, but I'm culling.

Does it happen on every channel change (i.e. when digital lock is lost) or just when switching from a channel with sound encoded in PCM to one encoded in DD (or vice-versa)?
In the spirit of Spinaltap, I would like to confirm that I am not involved in the corrupt theft of a global sport.

Hi, Yes, this happens on every channel. It happens when going from PCM to DD and vice-versa. Its very curious since my main DSP's do not and have never done this. Only the DSW does it.
