I don't see either of these on Tidal, here in Canada. (Among lots of others we don't get.)

Having just auditioned the latest album (Tidal MQA) from Gregory Porter I have to say that it is a good attempt, however "The Extraordinary" Nat King Cole is in another (MQA) league.
The Gregory Porter offering lacks the real "Big Band Sound" which is unmistakably upfront on the NKC version of original similar material.
No coconut this time Gregory.

I just found out that there's an enormous bunch of the ECM Catalogue available through Tidal, several of them are MQA. Including brand new releases like Blue Maqams of Anouar Brahem, Cross My Palm With Silver of Avishai Cohen and much more.
It made my weekend!

Very strange: Just woke up to start listening to the ECM Catalogue, and, despite the fact that all records were 'imported' from Tidal into Roon none of the albums are playing.Even those that I listened to last night. I get this error message : TIDAL: This track is not currently available in Tidal
What to do? What's going on there? Disappointed!

Problem solved. I disconnected from my account in Tidal and signed in again. Everything works fine again.

The Jan Garbarek Group album Dresden(Live in Concert) is there in MQA 96/24.
The opening track, Paper Nut, is magnificent. Just run it back to back with the ripped CD and there is so much more space, impact, separation and dynamics, especially in the complex drumming/bass interaction.
In the spirit of Spinaltap, I would like to confirm that I am not involved in the corrupt theft of a global sport.

Slow licensing data sync from Tidal (as reported on Roon forum). Probably effects others systems that share the same data.

That's incredible - ECM on TIDAL, including some MQA versions!!
I never thought that Manfred Eicher would get involved with the streaming system.
For me, however, this is a great moment and a wonderful development in the TIDAL catalogue.
I am looking forward, for example the Keith Jarrett Cologne concert which I have recorded on CD, 180gr. LP and now also in the MQA version - to compare parallel, with short switching torques on the remote control.
I hope the ECM catalogue will also expand even more in the "Contemporary Music" area.
