I might have a solution for QNAP problems.
In my case, it works both with TS-569Pro and TVS-671 4.2.2 (20161102), core on C15 or MD600 - not on QNAP.
1. Temporary solution or testing Logon to QNAP Go to App Center Stop ALL apps Start Sooloos app (wait a minute or so for it to complete) Start other apps Reboot endpoints
Caveat : this needs to be done after every QNAP reboot ot Sooloos update
2. Permanent solution - perform at your own risk Try above temporary solution. STOP if it doesn't work. If you are not familiar with Linux/Unix, get someone to help or stick to temporary solution.
SSH/Telnet to QNAP CD /etc/config cp qpkg.conf qpkg.conf-save (we're making a copy before the change - just in case) Edit (vi) the qpkg.conf and move the Sooloos section to the very top Sooloos section starts with [Sooloos] and ends at [...nextapp...] (or end-of-file) Reboot QNAP Reboot endpoints
Caveat 1 : QNAP needs to be rebooted every time there is a Sooloos update Caveat 2 : If Twonky is running on the QNAP, move its config at the bottom of the config file.
Hope this works for most of you. When in doubt, stick to temporary solution. It is non-intrusive and repeatable.
Good luck.
