I've been playing around trying to set inputs and ended up with no input working. Is there a factory reset option for this?

Yep, you need to re-type it 501 User Guide page 20 ... Selecting Standard Settings. Regards, Carl

501 handbook pages 24 and 25 (of the PDF, labeled page 20/21) refers to typing. Power off at the back, power on holding down the "off" key on the front and choose your type, then cycle the main power switch again. Types set up a basic framework of inputs in use, comms mode (500 series or 200/600 compatible) etc. Regards Richard

I was basicaly trying to get my RD input to be a copy of my CD input. Same gain 0dB and same start up volume and change it from RD to displaying SB. Not sure how possible this is but some how after following the instructions I shafted the amp up so no input worked.
If some one could explain this to someone with the IQ of a rock I'd be most grateful.
