Unfortunately not, the structure of my house is a nightmare and cabling is nigh on impossible (I'm sure someone can make it possible) so I've held off.

If I was doing, I'd throw a pair of M6's at the back and run that for a while, maybe by the time M have developed wireless I'll be able to afford them!

So life is simple 2 channel for music (I've switched off the 72) and the three of them for movies / TV etc.

I can throw Trifield back on for music if I want to but I'm just loving the purity of the 8k's on their own to be honest.

Thanks.

Yup, when I went to 8ks I too moved to pure 2-channel and away from Trifield, etc.

Time to sell the house, or move M to the adjacent room. You know it will be infinitely better! Talk to Peter RW (Clever & Simple) re wiring, he is magic.

Congratulations. I'm very envious (but not jealous). Enjoy!

Awesome! You definitely made the right choice on colour - they look very sophisticated. I wonder if you will phase out your 7200 altogether - could raise cash for the new 77" LG OLED smile.

I'm curious if you use Room Correction or have them running direct?

Great screen for Roon btw! I have a Dell 23" all in one I was considering using for Sooloos Touch but the fan is on almost constantly so haven't bothered. Is the Lenevo silent or do you have to put up with the fan?

Very envious but very happy for you smile!

Hearing Nick's 8k's highlighted the fact that no more speakers were required and that one day I have to buy a pair.

T

PS they do look rather damn good!

I've certainly not had the 72 on with music since but I did have the TV through it so we'll see..... you're not the 1st person to say the TV looks small (or it now has "ears").

I have RC set up. The config programme gave a decay time of 618 but we've ended up with different RC for each setting.

Standard 2 channel music is set at 500 and movies etc set at 450 just to calm things down a bit...

It's not silent and the fan comes on occasionally but it's not all the time. I will wait until Sooloos is responsive and fits on different screen sizes me thinks, but I'm enjoying both.
