Has anyone else come across this issue? There are a handful of albums I have that show up in Tidal but the command to "Add These To My Library" in Sooloos does not work.

I have added about 30+ albums to Sooloos over time and no problems. If I log into the Tidal site these albums that do not show up in Sooloos do show up under "My Albums" in Tidal. I have added other albums after I first noticed this issue, but some just won't show up.

I have contaced Tidal and have forwarded them some screen shots but so far no answer.

I have cancelled my Rhapsody account and was deleting that content and adding the same tittles from Tidal when I first noticed this.

I've had this happen a few times. Going back and adding them again has worked for me.

I had the opposite question so to speak - after I add an album to Sooloos from Tidal how to I delete it from My Library ?

I haven't done that yet but it looks as if I would do it the same as with any other title I have in my library.

Open Control:Mac (or Control:PC)
Select the album you wish to Delete
Click on the + sign next to the Title
When the dialog box opens choose the first item in the list "Show Album Details"
When the next dialog box opens you will see the "Delete" button on the bottom right.
Voila'

Adding or deleting Tidal albums is easily done via the iPad app. Select Explore, Tidal go to your albums and press the + next to the album you had added (as favorite in the Tidal App, it shows itself).

If you like then you should also remove as favorite in the Tidal App itself to get it off the album selection list in Sooloos.

Since a few days I have the same problem as still-one.

Albums added using the Tidal App appear in my collection, but importing them using my C15 doesn't Show them. They Appear on my C15 using the explore function but no album on the main screen.

I have to add it to my collection manually on my C15 under the Point "explore my Collection".

My C15 also doesn't show the message "Tidal import completed" as it normally does after Tidal-import.

How did you handle the problem?

I still haven't resolved the issue. I still have a few albums that will not show up in Sooloos after "adding them to my library". If I log into Tidal via my web browser they show up under "My Music" but they never show up in Sooloos.

Did you get a message saying "Tidal import completed."?

It´s hard to understand because the procedure worked for me very well all the time before.

Can the growing number of Tidal albums in my collection be a reason for the problem?

FWIW I lost TIDAL (Sooloos could not connect) for approximately 1hour PM yesterday. OK now.

Maintenance?

Update:

the import is still the same.

NO new album I imported to my collection using the iPad app shows up on my C15 after importing the library to it.

What works:
Deleting an album from my collection using the C15 works properly (no album on C15, no album in iPad app).

next update:

yesterday everything worked fine and as normal for the first time...?!
I could import my library with my C15 and the new appeared on the screen. After that the C15 showed the known message that importing the library was completed.

I don´t know why it worked again! Maybe an internal error was solved? Does it depend on the Albums that shall be imported?

I don´t know...
