I hope so. I'll contact Rick as it came from Audio Images.

I posted my Explorer2 to Rick at Audio Images on Wednesday.

Yesterday; I got a message from Rick to say that he had received the Explorer2; tested it and confirmed that it was faulty.

Today I have just received a brand new replacement Explorer2!

What great service from both Rick and Meridian! smile

Thank you both very much.

Hi, My Explorer 2 also just went last week after I unplugged it. No power light but still running warm. Not recognised on USB port. Tried several computers that I had it running on before but no joy. Such a pity as I guess it is now out of warranty. When it wass working it sounds so brilliant listening with my Grado GS1000's.

Hope they fix this problem. I am reluctant to purchase another one given it does not appear to be an isolated problem.
