My TwinStore will not power on after I came back from a 3 week trip. I usually power off my Control:10 MS600 and TwinStore when I'm going to be out of pocket for more than a week.
I tried unplugging/plugging in my Control:10 and TwinStore the Control:10 came on the TwinStore did not. I took the plug for the Control:10 and plugged into the TwinStore no luck the TwinStore did not power up.
When I look at the TwinStore from an overhead view I see red lights I'm assuming it the drive. I believe I may have a motherboard failure. Has anyone here experienced the same scenario that I have described?
What would be the replacement cost for a new mother board (I bought an early gen TwinStore in summer of 2008 I believe. Should I skip having my TwinStore service and go directly to a QNAP solution?
Thank in advance for your feedback!

I read on the forum about a problem with a connection wire that is easily fixed with solder as opposed to the original plug.
Worth looking into I would think Chris
