The Ensemble is quite old at this stage, the easiest would probably get the MAC address of the device and setup a static DHCP reservation on your router/DHCP box.
I do this for all my server/Sooloos devices and it works fine (my ID40 card refused to request an IP address for a year or so but it works fine now...)

You can set it by using the Sooloos configuration program.
Just click on Ensemble
861v8+ID41 Revelation One filter, HD621, Musical Fidelity M8 700 mono blocks, Focal Scala (x2), Focal Mini Utopia (x3), Velodyne DD18, Oppo BD105, Roon NUC, 218, Radiance 2021, JVC X9000
